We seem to thrive on war in this country. Do you think it’s because it’s the only thing our economy has left? The dollar sinks deeper and deeper against competing currencies, the real estate market is in shambles. Fuel costs are skyrocketing etc. But, there are rumors afloat and the evidence seems to be mounting that we will do an air strike soon on Iran. Gives Bush and Cheney once last chance to get their digs into another country that refuses to deal in US dollars for their oil trade.

Ok, It seems kind of obvious now that we may very well invade Iran. After hearing this BS that he said recently on a yahoo news report. He’s as much in control as all the rest of them. Just throwing this out so it looks like the U.S. has just provocation to do something. I have reported here before that the Bush Administration was plotting to do air strikes on Iran before August.

Bush Administration Planning To Strike Iran

Another report today, this one from Asia Times Online says that they have an informed source saying that the Bush Administration is making plans for an air strike on Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corp.

The report says that 2 US Senators have been briefed on the attack and planned to go public, but to this date have yet to do so.

Personally, I wonder if any of this is really true, I’ve stated before that these reports come through, but many times we never know specifically who the source is. They tend to get publicity, and then fade away after there is no real proof. However, this report seems to have some credence and is worth reading.

So many things can be read into this report that I’ll leave it up to you to make your own conclusions after reading the report, do you think this is being done to help bolster McCain’s attempt at the presidency? I believe that could be true. What do you think?
